4. After analysing your claim, they will offer 3 solutions as per the circumstances

  • In-Person Service: You have the choice to bring your Product to any Apple Retail or Apple Authorised Service Provider ("AASP") offering carry-in service.
  • Mail-In Service: If your Product is eligible for mail-in service, Apple will provide prepaid waybills and appropriate packaging materials. This enables you to ship your Product to an Apple Repair Service ("ARS") or AASP location. Apple covers the shipping costs to and from your location if you adhere to the provided instructions on packaging and shipping the Product.
  • Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Parts Service: With this option, you can service your own Product using DIY parts service.
