Registering Single Product

  • Within that section, locate and click on "Product Registration."
  • You will be directed to the "Device & Service Registration" page, where you can initiate the registration process.
  • Sign in using your Lenovo ID. 
  • Once signed in, you'll reach the registration homepage. Click on "Register Device(s)" to enter the service registration page.
  • If you are registering a single system, enter its serial number and click "Submit."
  • After entering the serial number, you'll see system information and its status. To review warranty details, click "View Details" to expand the Warranty Details section.
  • Provide the required information for registration.
  • Review your profile information and update it if necessary. Click "Complete Registration."
  • A registration confirmation message will appear to confirm your registration.
  • To check the details and warranty status of all your registered systems, click on "View My Products."

Registering multiple systems:

  • Download the batch registration template.
  • Fill in the system information, including serial numbers, end-user customer information, and multiple end-user contacts, addresses, and locations if applicable.
  • Upload the completed batch registration file and click "Submit for Review."
  • The information will be validated, and the results will be displayed.
  • You can check the warranty information by clicking "View Details."
  • Review the information and then click "Complete Registration."
  • A registration confirmation message will be displayed.
  • To view the details and warranty status of all your registered systems, click "View My Products."
