Warranty Claim Process

Unlike many dealership warranties, Zurich allows you to choose any repair shop certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE®). This flexibility means you're not restricted to dealership service for covered repairs, providing a significant advantage.

1. If your vehicle experiences a breakdown, take it to your preferred repair shop.

2. The repair shop will conduct a diagnostic assessment of your vehicle to identify the issue.

3. For covered components or repairs, instruct your repair shop or dealership service center to file a claim with Zurich, the provider of the Fidelity extended warranty.

4. Upon successful claim filing, the repair shop will receive an authorization number from the Zurich warranty claims team.

5. If Zurich authorizes the repair, your repair shop can proceed with completing the necessary repairs to your vehicle.

6. Most Zurich plans require you to pay a deductible after your vehicle is repaired. When you pick up your car, you'll be responsible for the deductible amount, typically up to $200.

7. The remaining authorized amount for the repairs will be directly paid to the repair shop by Zurich. This ensures a streamlined and efficient settlement process for covered repairs.
